This vault aims to provide BTCB holders with a stable market-making yield while enhancing liquidity for SolvBTC on the Binance Smart Chain. By facilitating liquidity, it strengthens SolvBTC’s role as the primary liquidity layer, enabling users to access various yield opportunities within the BNB Chain’s BTC-driven DeFi ecosystem.

Strategy and Yield The funds will be allocated to provide liquidity for the BTCB-SolvBTC trading pair on DEXs of the BNB Chain, such as PancakeSwap (with the possibility of adding other DEX platforms in the future). The market-making range is set between 1 SolvBTC = 0.96 to 1 BTCB. Yield generation primarily arises from market-making activities, with an expected return ranging from 5% to 10%.

Earn 2x Points Investing in this vault enables participants to earn 8XP/$1 per day in our Solv Points System. (This incentive coefficient will continue until the redemption becomes available, with the possibility of adjustments thereafter.)

Redemption Policy Redemption of funds will not be available until July, after the opening of SolvBTC’s redemption. Redemption requests will be processed on the 15th and 30th of each month thereafter.

Subscription Limit The fund will be initially capped at 50 BTCB, with the potential for further increases in the future.
