Funds raised will be invested into the GMX V2 Delta Neutral Pool [https://app.solv.finance/earn/open-fund/detail/5](https://app.solv.finance/earn/open-fund/detail/5). The return of the senior tranche will be adjusted on a monthly basis, depending on prevailing market conditions.

Solv will supply at least 15% of junior capital to protect the senior tranche. When the junior capital is below 15%, redemptions from the junior tranche and subscriptions to senior tranche will be suspended.

Strategy-based Cash Management Vault is a forthcoming core asset offered by Solv. It encompasses multiple single-strategy vaults that exploit price disparities between spot and futures markets on various CEXs. To invest in this strategy, users must complete Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification.

stUSD (mantle:0x7CBF716aA9a6114281188867572Ac87586E4abf2) is the vault's share token. It enables anyone holding stablecoins to access yield-bearing assets in a safe and flexible manner.

To ensure its reliability and effectiveness, the vault is currently undergoing a testing phase, supported by a $900,000 testing fund provided by the Solv team. During this phase, users will have the opportunity to track the fund's real-time performance but cannot invest funds. The Vault is expected to officially launch for purchase in April, marking the end of the testing phase and the vault's formal introduction.
